ISP has invested in Fulcrum Pro, a modern ERP system purpose-built for precision manufacturing. Fulcrum Pro gives us real-time visibility across every job — from quoting and scheduling through production and shipping. With integrated shop floor tracking and material traceability, we've streamlined our operations to deliver tighter lead times, better communication, and full lot-level documentation for every part that leaves our facility.
Fulcrum Pro also provides each of our customers with access to their own dedicated customer portal — giving you direct visibility into order status, job progress, and shipping details without having to pick up the phone. This system reinforces what our customers already expect from ISP: precision, accountability, and on-time delivery.
FULLY INTEGRATED 1Factory QMS
ISP has deployed 1Factory as our quality management software, bringing a new level of digital capability to our already robust ISO 13485 quality system. 1Factory provides automated First Article Inspection (FAI) reporting, real-time SPC data collection, and direct integration with our ballooned engineering drawings — eliminating manual data entry and reducing the risk of human error. Inspection data is captured at the machine and linked directly to each job, giving ISP and our customers complete confidence in product conformance. Combined with our BSI-registered ISO 13485 system, 1Factory positions ISP at the forefront of quality technology in contract medical manufacturing.
